I think I will try some sometime. I got their abbey ale to use in a rabbit stew though. I’m making it tomorrow, I’ll post the recipe then!

I made this bread last night and it was amaaaaaazing! I used this yummy red ale from Harpoon, which incidentally is now also my favorite beer. I mis-measured and added too much, but a little extra flour sorted that out, and the flavour was light but still stood out even over the extra sharp cheddar and pepper I used for the filling (kept it simple, didn’t do the mustard sauce thing). It was tender and fluffy and glorious! We ate burgers on it!
